In this episode, I share another one of my favorite topics, healthy living, which is part of my life coaching framework. Living a healthy lifestyle isn’t always easy especially when work and life gets the best of you. Therefore, you may not make enough time to care for your body the way it deserves to be treated. When stress and anxiety creeps in, you may tend to grab junk food or foods that are convenient because it’s easier. Also, making time for regular exercise or movement, may not be a priority either. This episode will provide you with the motivation that you need to make your health a priority even when you’re feeling unfulfilled or burnt-out in your career or job.
